§ 1-167. Credit defined.

The word “credit,” as used in 6 ONC § 1-166, shall be construed to mean an arrangement or understanding with the bank, depository, or seller of goods or livestock for the payment of such check, draft, or order. ONCA 13-25, eff. Apr. 19, 2013.
