§ 1-184. Selling or buying credit or debit card.

A person other than the issuer who sells a credit card or debit card or a person who buys a credit card or a debit card from a person other than the issuer is guilty of theft and is subject to the penalties set forth in 6 ONC § 1-193. ONCA 13-25, eff. Apr. 19, 2013.
