A person who receives money, goods, services, or anything else of value obtained in violation of this Act, with the knowledge or belief that it was so obtained, is guilty of an offense and is subject to the penalties set forth in 6 ONC § 1-193. ONCA 13-25, eff. Apr. 19, 2013.
