Every person who counterfeits any gold or silver coin, whether of the United States or any foreign government or country, with intent to sell, utter, use or circulate the same as genuine, within the Osage Nation, is guilty of forgery in the second degree. ONCA 13-25, eff. Apr. 19, 2013.
