A. Any person who willfully, in any manner, advises, encourages, abets, or assists another person in taking his own life, is guilty of committing the criminal offense of aiding suicide.

B. Any person who willfully furnishes another person with any deadly weapon or poisonous drug, knowing that such person intends to use such weapon or drug in taking his own life, is guilty of committing the criminal offense of aiding suicide, if such recipient of the instrument or drug thereafter employs such instrument or drug in taking his own life.

C. Any person convicted of committing the criminal offense of aiding suicide shall be guilty of a crime punishable by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail for not more than two years, by a fine not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), by banishment for a period not less than one year nor more than five years, or any combination of the above.
