§ 2-241. Illicit use of Osage Nation computer system or network.

A. No person shall communicate with, store data in, or retrieve data from a computer system or computer network for the purpose of using such access to violate any of the provisions of this Code.
B. Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a crime punishable by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail not to exceed one year, or by a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or both. ONCA 22-33, eff. Apr. 25, 2022.
