A. Any person who administers to another any chloroform, ether, laudanum, or any controlled substance, anesthetic, or intoxicating agent with intent thereby to enable or assist himself or herself or any other person to commit a felony is guilty of committing the criminal offense of illicit administration of sleeping agents.

B. Any person convicted of committing the criminal offense of illicit administration of sleeping agents shall be guilty of a crime punishable by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail for no more than eighteen (18) months, by a fine not to exceed Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), or both.
