A. Any person having or carrying any dirk, sword, sword cane, firearm, electric weapon or device, or other weapon who shall, in the presence of one or more persons, exhibit the same in a rude, careless, angry, or threatening manner, not in necessary self-defense, the person so offending commits the criminal offense of improper exhibition of dangerous weapons or firearms.

B. Any person convicted of committing the criminal offense of improper exhibition of dangerous weapons or firearms shall be guilty of a crime punishable by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail for a term not more than six months, or by a fine not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or both.
