A. Any person who commits robbery in the first degree, as defined in Section 2-503, shall be guilty of committing the crime of robbery in the first degree.

B. Any person convicted of committing the criminal offense of robbery in the first degree shall be guilty of a crime punishable by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail for not more than one year, by a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or both. ONCA 22-33, eff. Apr. 25, 2022.
