A. Any person who commits robbery in the second degree, as defined in Section 2-503, shall be guilty of committing the crime of robbery in the second degree.

B. Any person convicted of committing the criminal offense of robbery in the second degree shall be guilty of a crime punishable by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail for not more than six months, by a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or both. ONCA 22-33, eff. Apr. 25, 2022.
