A. Whenever two or more persons conjointly commit a robbery or where the whole number of persons conjointly commits a robbery and persons present and aiding such robbery amount to two or more, each and either of such persons shall be guilty of committing the criminal offense of robbery by two or more persons.

B. Any person convicted of committing the criminal offense of robbery by two or more persons shall be guilty of a crime punishable by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail for not more than one year, by a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or both. ONCA 22-33, eff. Apr. 25, 2022.
