A. Any person committing the home-invasion robbery, as defined in Section 2-101, that carries a firearm, weapon, or other deadly weapon commits the criminal offense of armed home-invasion robbery.

B. Any person convicted of committing the criminal offense of armed home-invasion robbery shall be guilty of a crime punishable by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail for a period not to exceed three years, or by a fine not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00), or by banishment for a period not less than five years nor more than ten (10) years, or any combination of the above.
