A. Any person committing home-invasion robbery, as defined in Section 2-101, that does not carry any firearm, deadly weapon, or other weapon commits the criminal offense of unarmed home-invasion robbery.

B. Any person convicted of committing the criminal offense of unarmed home-invasion robbery shall be guilty of a crime punishable by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail for a period not to exceed one year or by a fine not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or both.
