A. No caretaker shall abuse any person entrusted to the care of the caretaker, or knowingly cause, secure, or permit an act of abuse to be done.

B. Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a crime punishable by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail for not more than one year, by a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or both. ONCA 22-33, eff. Apr. 25, 2022.
