A. No caretaker shall exploit any person entrusted to the care of the caretaker, or knowingly cause, secure, or permit an act of exploitation to be done.

B. Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a crime punishable by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail for not more than one year, by a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by both such imprisonment and fine. ONCA 22-33, eff. Apr. 25, 2022.
