§ 2-655. Subsequent sexual assault involving a child victim.
A. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any parent or other person convicted of forcible anal or oral sodomy, rape, rape by instrumentation, or lewd molestation of a child under fourteen (14) years of age subsequent to a previous conviction for any offense of forcible anal or oral sodomy, rape, rape by instrumentation, or lewd molestation of a child under fourteen (14) years of age commits the criminal offense of subsequent sexual assault involving a child victim.
B. Any person convicted of committing the criminal offense of subsequent sexual assault involving a child victim shall be required to register as a sex offender pursuant to 6 ONC § 5-301 et seq., Sex Offender Registration and Notification; and shall be guilty of a crime punishable by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail for not more than three years, by a fine not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00), or both.
