A. Any person who with the purpose to annoy or alarm another, to insult, taunt or challenge another in a manner likely to provoke a violent or disorderly response, or to make repeated communications anonymously or at extremely inconvenient hours, or in offensively coarse language, shall be guilty of committing the criminal offense of criminal harassment.

B. Any person convicted of committing the criminal offense of criminal harassment shall be guilty of a crime punishable by a fine not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00), or by a term of imprisonment in the Tribal Jail not to exceed three months, or both. ONCA 22-33, eff. Apr. 25, 2022.
