A. Any person who forces, compels, or coerces another to become a prostitute commits the criminal offense of forcing, compelling, or coercing another to become a prostitute.

B. Any person convicted of committing the criminal offense of forcing, compelling, or coercing another to become a prostitute shall be guilty of a crime punishable by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail for a period not to exceed one year or a fine not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or both.
