A. It shall be unlawful within the Osage Nation jurisdiction to entice, advise, incite, order or otherwise encourage another to commit any offense, with the intent that such other person commit an offense punishable under the laws of the jurisdiction where the conduct was to be performed.

B. In any place, entice, advise, incite, order or otherwise encourage another to commit any offense, with the intent that such person commit an offense punishable by Osage Nation, federal or state laws within the Osage Nation jurisdiction.

C. Solicitation shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) or by a term of imprisonment in the Tribal Jail not to exceed two months, or both.
