§ 4-113. Impersonating a public servant.
This section is included in your selections.
A. It shall be unlawful to falsely pretend to hold a position in public service with purpose to induce another to submit to such pretended official authority or otherwise act in reliance upon that pretense to his prejudice.
B. Impersonating a public servant shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by a term of imprisonment in the Tribal Jail not to exceed one year, or both.
