A. It shall be unlawful to provide any person in official detention with alcoholic beverages, drugs, weapons, implements of escape or any other thing or substance which the actor knows to be improper or unlawful for the detainee to possess.

B. Providing contraband shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00), or by a term of imprisonment in the Tribal Jail not to exceed three months, or both.
