A. It shall be unlawful to fail, without just cause, to appear in person after having been released on bail or on one’s own recognizance by court order or other lawful authority upon condition that one subsequently appear on a charge of an offense.

B. Bail jumping shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by a term of imprisonment in the Tribal Jail not to exceed one year, or both.
