Any person who opens any grave or any place of burial with intent either:

A. To remove any dead body of a human being for the purpose of sale, or for the purpose of dissection; or

B. To steal the coffin, or any part thereof or anything attached thereto, or connected therewith, or the associated funerary objects buried with the same, shall be guilty of a crime punishable by a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by a term of imprisonment in Tribal Jail not to exceed one year, or both.
