Anyone who knowingly buys, sells or barters for profit human skeletal remains or associated funerary items, previously buried within tribal lands, shall be guilty of a crime punishable by a fine not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or by a term of imprisonment in Tribal Jail not to exceed three years, or both.
