A. It shall be unlawful to purposely remove, conceal, dissect or destroy a corpse or any part of a corpse or to disinter a corpse that has been buried or otherwise interred.

B. Abusing a corpse shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or by a term of imprisonment in the Tribal Jail not to exceed six months, or banishment for a term of not less than one year nor more than five years, or any combination of the punishment authorized above.
