§ 5-166. Contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
This section is included in your selections.
A. It shall be unlawful for a person eighteen (18) years of age or older to:
1. Knowingly or recklessly sell or give to or otherwise make beer, liquor, wine or other alcoholic beverages available to a person under the age of eighteen (18) years; or
2. Knowingly or recklessly, by act or omission, encourage, cause or contribute to the delinquency or unlawful conduct of a minor under eighteen (18) years of age.
B. Contributing to the delinquency of a minor shall be punishable by a fine of not more than Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00), or by a term of imprisonment in the Tribal Jail not to exceed three months, or both.
