§ 5-407. Order valid nationwide unless modified.

All orders issued pursuant to the provisions of this Act shall have statewide and nationwide validity, unless specifically modified or terminated by a Judge of the Trial Court or by order of the Supreme Court. ONCA 12-52, eff. Apr. 19, 2012.
