Any person who willfully administers poison to any animal, the property of another, and every person who maliciously exposes any poisonous substance with intent that the same shall be taken by any such animal, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail not exceeding one year and a fine of up to One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or both.
