The Court, on motion of a defendant, shall dismiss the action if the complaint does not charge an offense or if the Court was without jurisdiction of the offense(s) charged. The motion in arrest of judgment shall be made within thirty (30) days after verdict or finding of guilty or plea of guilty, or within such further time as the Court may fix during the thirty (30) day period.
