A. Bail shall be set within seventy-two (72) hours of arrest in accordance with the bail schedule in Section 7-102 of this Title. The arresting or other Osage Nation officer shall inform the jail and the person arrested of the bail amount. The person charged shall be informed that release on bond is with the condition that such person shall not attempt to influence, injure, tamper with or retaliate against an officer, juror, witness, informant, or victim or violate any other law.

B. Nothing in this chapter shall remove the discretion of the arresting or other Osage Nation officer to release the person charged on a personal recognizance bond, prior to the expiration of seventy-two (72) hours.
