A. There is hereby established in the Treasury a revolving fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, for storage and maintenance of Osage Museum gallery pieces.

B. The fund established by this section shall be designated the “Museum Fund.”

C. The assets of the Museum Fund shall consist of monies appropriated to it by act of Congress and monetary donations from any person, group, corporation, government or association.

D. Expenditures out of the Museum Fund shall be subject to availability of funds and awarded only in accordance with the spending limitations and other appropriation limitations approved by the Osage Nation Congress and enacted into law.

E. The Museum Fund shall exist until the fund is terminated by act of the Osage Nation Congress. ONCA 17-40, eff. Oct. 4, 2017.
