A. There is hereby established in the Treasury a revolving fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, for the Osage Veterans Memorial Commission for the purpose of establishing, constructing, maintaining, improving and administering the Osage Veterans Memorial.

B. The fund established by this section shall be designated the “Osage Veterans Memorial Fund.”

C. The assets of this fund shall consist of monies appropriated to it by Act of Congress.

D. Expenditures out of this fund are limited to the establishment, construction, maintenance, improvement and administrative costs associated with the Osage Veterans Memorial by the Osage Veterans Memorial Commission.

E. The Osage Veterans Memorial Fund shall be perpetual until terminated by act of the Osage Nation Congress. ONCA 11-86, eff. Sept. 29, 2011; ONCA 17-83, eff. June 13, 2017.
