§ 7-103. Authorization of appropriation.

The Osage Nation Congress hereby authorizes an appropriation in the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) to the Freeman Monument Fund out of the general fund in the Treasury to be administered by the Executive Branch for the purpose of establishing, constructing, maintaining, improving and administering the Freeman Monument on the Osage Nation campus.
