§ 7-104. Appropriation.

The Osage Nation Congress hereby appropriates the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) to the Freeman Monument Fund out of the general fund in the Treasury establishing, constructing, maintaining, improving and administering the Freeman Monument on the Osage Nation campus.
