§ 3-116. Presumption that man is natural father.

Except as otherwise provided in this Act, a man is presumed to be the natural father of a child for all intents and purposes if:
A. He and the child’s natural mother are or have been married to each other and the child is born during the marriage;
B. He executes an affidavit stating that he is the natural father of the child; or
C. Statistical probability of paternity is established at ninety-eight percent (98%) or more by scientifically reliable genetic tests, including but not limited to blood tests. ONCA 12-53, eff. Apr. 19, 2012.
