§ 3-136. Costs in child support enforcement cases.

Costs incurred in a child support enforcement case in which a party is represented by ONCSS shall be recorded by the Court Clerk. The reasonable costs may be assessed by the Court against the nonprevailing party at the conclusion of the proceedings. ONCA 12-53, eff. Apr. 19, 2012.
