The Court shall extend full faith and credit to the records and judicial orders of any court of any state, any federal court of the United States or any court of a federally recognized Indian nation or tribe including Courts of Indian Offenses if the records or orders are executed before an appropriate official and in the manner prescribed by the law of the state or Indian nation in which the record or judgment was executed.
