A. “Address” means a residential street address, school address, or work address of an individual, as specified on the application of an individual to be a program participant under this chapter;

B. “Domestic abuse” means a violent act including a threat of such acts committed against an individual in a domestic situation, regardless of whether these acts or threats have been reported to law enforcement officers; and

C. “Stalking” means an act of following or making unwanted contact with an individual regardless of whether the acts have been reported to law enforcement. ONCA 18-17, eff. Apr. 18, 2018.
