A. A legally enrolled member of the Osage Nation, an Osage Nation employee, or an applicant for services provided by the Osage Nation who is a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking and participates in the Oklahoma State Address Confidentiality Program may request from the Osage Nation Attorney General’s Office that all Osage Nation programs recognize and approve use of the address.

B. Osage Nation department directors shall work with funding agencies to acknowledge the address, even if it is outside of the jurisdiction of the Osage Nation, for approval of services under this state program. ONCA 18-17, eff. Apr. 18, 2018.
