A. The Health Board, Business and Non-Business Boards and Commissions shall be made up of no less than three, and not more than five members. Advisory Boards, Commissions, Councils, Task Forces and other such entities shall be made up of no less than three and no more than nine members.

B. All members of Boards shall serve for a term of three years. Upon creation of a Board, the terms for each member of the Board shall be two years for the majority of members and three years for the minority. All current Board member terms, upon expiration, shall be for three-year terms at the next appointment and confirmation.

C. All Board service requiring appointment or confirmation of the Osage Congress shall be deemed to begin on the last day of the regular session where the appointee was confirmed.

D. All terms of members of a specific Board shall have the same starting and ending date, notwithstanding subsection (B) of this section.

E. Once confirmed, the names of all Board appointees and their terms of service shall be recorded and filed with the Secretary of the Nation and posted on the Osage Nation website.

F. Boards that do not meet as required with a quorum for a period of eighteen (18) months or more shall be deemed vacated until new Board or Commission members are appointed and confirmed. ONCA 15-94, eff. Oct. 5, 2015.
