A. “Osage Employment Preference” means for purposes of contracting, making appointments to new positions or filling vacancies in all positions in the Osage Nation, including any of its entities, enterprises, boards, instrumentalities, or commissions, a preference will be extended to qualified members of the Osage Nation.
